Misral of Mandello Italy has developed this stack to increase the volumetric efficiency of the engine by providing in more air, reducing turbulence and improve the engine response at throttle opening.

Length, taper and diameter are technical details that have a direct effect on the power delivery. Finding the right dimensional ratio between these details, it is possible to reach better performance.

Entirely studied and designed with CAD 3D, then with the use of specific software to analyze the air flows in relation to the intake pressure Mistral defined shape and dimensions obtained from prototypes. Those 3D printed prototypes were then bench and dynamically tested to define the best for torque / power / rpm.

The installation of a performance air filter is recommended with this product.

The product is completely machined from billet aluminum with the best technologies on the market, installation is very simple and does not require modifications to the bike.

The product is installed in the airbox

The gain of 1 HP is at 3700 rpm, the most critical point for the engine. The maximum gain is 2.5 hp and +3 Nm (2ft/lbs) of torque. With the installation of an aftermarket air filter gains as high as 3.5 HP and 4 Nm (3 ft/lbs) have been observed.

This product has been developed to be 100% compatible with the stock bike and original fuel map. No modifications to the ECU or to the bike are necessary.

The triangular spring visible behind the stack is the tension retainer bracket.
