Do you ship Internationally? Yes. We ship daily to countries all over the world using USPS Global Express and UPS Express International. Typical delivery time is 2-10 days once shipped, but lead time is affected by stock status, Customs clearance, and the destination country. Packages are shipped fully insured with automated tracking. Normal shipping rates start at $40 USD for USPS Global Express, but as low as $26 USD for USPS Priority International for small items like nuts and bolts. We do not ship 1st Class in envelopes because the incidence of loss or damage is unacceptable.

Why is shipping so expensive? We only use reliable shipping methods that have tracking and insurance so that if the package is lost or damaged we can replace it. We have tried cheaper shipping methods in the past and shipments are lost or parts arrive damaged. The rates may seem expensive but we feel it is in our customers' best interest to receive their parts quickly and in good order. Of course, the shipping rate becomes more economical as you order more parts.

What shipping methods do you use? For Domestic packages we use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available with UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select services. For International packages we use USPS Global Express and UPS Express International.

Will you mark my International package as a Gift, or declare a lower value for Customs? No. All International packages ship with a commercial invoice insured for the full value. Any requests to do otherwise will be ignored.

Do you charge sales tax or VAT? Only orders shipping to a Texas address are subject to 8.25% sales tax. For International orders we do not charge tax or VAT on the export, but your country may impose duties or fees on the import. We have no way of knowing what each country may charge, and any such duties or fees are your responsibility.

Are the parts listed online in stock at all times? We try our hardest to ensure the majority of common-use parts are in stock at all times. Nearly every part that is not in stock can be ready to ship in 5-7 business days. In some cases parts may be backordered and will take longer to arrive. You will be notified by email of any delivery issues pertaining to your order before it is processed.

How do I download my digital service manual I just ordered? Once your order has been processed you may log in to your AF1 Racing account and click on Downloadable products

Am I being charged the correct price? OEM Aprilia Parts pricing can seem erratic for various reasons. We base our pricing on Aprilia's latest price tape, and thousands of OEM parts have recently enjoyed substantial discounts. Pricing depends on many variables including production costs, quantities, and the date of manufacture. It is now common to find LH and RH versions of the same part with very different retail pricing. If you have an older motorcycle and you notice that spare parts have been discounted we suggest buying them up as quickly as possible since they will likely be discontinued when sold out.

Why are Left and Right panels and parts sometimes priced differently? Aprilia, Piaggio, Vespa, and Moto Guzzi sets prices based on time of manufacture, quantity available, currency exchange rate and, invoice values from the supplier. This is why the LH and RH sometimes have significantly different pricing.

How do I get a shipping quote? The easiest way is to add parts to your cart, then click the "Estimate Shipping" link. Please note the shipping charge quoted is only an estimate and your total may need to be adjusted after you submit it. You will be notified of any necessary increases before your order is shipped.
