RACE ecu (for RSV4) or RACE ecu (for Tuono V4) is mandatory with this product.

The 4-2-1 full titanium exhaust system for the V4 comes directly from the experience of SC-Project Race Department with Aprilia Racing Factory Team.

No compromises, maximum performance, maximum attention to details, the best technologies and the best materials for the creation of a real state-of-the-art exhaust system. This 250 mm length silencer is inclined for those who have no local noise restrictions and want maximum power and torque (without baffle installed +9.8 hp and +7.5 Nm at 8700 rpm when used with teh previously mentioned Race ECU, RACE mapping or UpMap T800+).

The 4-2-1 full exhaust system is totally manufactured in lightweight titanium, with all TIG weldings handcrafted in protected environment.

This full system is equipped with connections for original lambda probes. The mounting springs have metal covers to withstand maximum stress.

The kit is completed with a specific heel heat protection and passenger peg eliminating mounting bracket, both in carbon fiber.

All the small parts and mounting brackets are included in the installation kit. The weight reduction is impressive: -4.2 kg (9.25lbs) compared to the stock exhaust system. With Race ECU reflash, or UpMap T800+ the performance increase is massive

Hydroformed Titanium pipes with carbon fiber "elliptic" (Hexagonal) muffler, derived from experience gained in the World Superbike Series.

Features CNC machined exhaust flanges that connect the pipe to the cylinder head with a hanger bracket made from carbon fiber.

Canister inlet is 65mm

Passenger footrest has to be removed for installation. A carbon fiber canister hanger bracket is included.

^Again, this is a race bike exhaust system, meant for offroad use only, and dedicated track fairings. Interference with road bodywork will be encountered if installing on a bike that does not have race fairings.

*A note about SC Project Part Numbers: They have almost no bearing on what the contents of the box will be. We have received exhausts with open exits where mesh exits are specified, we have received A23A systems (allegedly for RS only) in A23B (allegedly for Tuono only) boxes. We have recieved systems without passenger peg brackets that are advertised as including passenger peg brackets. We have received open exit mufflers with stainless headers (a combination not offered by SC Project and which we did not order). Long story short, you will see a difference between part numbers listed on the SC Project website and our site, but rest assured, every single SC Project we receive is audited to make sure it is exactly as advertised.
